职场性骚扰研究综述
  • 摘要

    从20世纪70-80年代开始,性骚扰作为一种负面的职场现象引起了学者们的普遍关注.Ilies等对86000多个被试的调查发现,24%的被试经历过职场的性骚扰行为[1].国内调查显示,32%的被试报告曾经遭受过多种形式的性骚扰[2].职场性骚扰(workplace sexual harassment)不仅直接影响着受害者的工作绩效,降低其身心健康水平,而且会给受害者所在的群体和组织带来有形与隐形的损失.
