Web 2.0环境下影响用户生成内容的主要动因研究
  • 摘要

    介绍用户生成内容的定义及特征,并根据用户参与和贡献程度将其划分为核心贡献者、参与和协作者、潜水者等三类.在回顾相关研究文献的基础上,笔者总结出扎根理论方法、荟萃分析方法、内容分析法、调研法和个案分析法等5种用户生成内容动因的研究方法,并将动因分成社会驱动、技术驱动、个体驱动3个维度和人口统计学特征1个调节集.在此基础上,笔者构建了用户生成行为动因的整合模型,并根据上述3个维度建立用户生成行为动因的实证模型,且基于实证模型提出了14种假设,便于今后的继续研究.
