基于用户守门员的用户创新社团外部知识获取研究
  • 摘要

    用户作为创新源的重要性日渐凸显,用户创新社团是用户创新的重要方式.创新社团要不断发展,就要拓宽知识联系边界,不断从社团外部获取新知识.针对这一问题,首次提出了“用户守门员”概念,认为用户守门员是创新社团与外部建立知识联系的重要桥梁.利周SECI模型,进一步阐述了基于用户守门员的创新社团外部知识获取与内外部知识整合过程.
