战略人力资源管理实践与组织创造力关系研究——组织学习能力的中介作用
  • 摘要

    在激烈的市场竞争中,如何提高组织创造力水平维持企业的持续竞争优势是一个重要的研究议题.基于资源基础理论,分析了战略人力资源管理(HRM)实践(承诺型和控制型)、组织学习能力与组织创造力之间的关系,探索了组织学习能力在战略HRM实践与组织创造力之间的中介效应.实证研究表明,承诺型HRM实践与组织创造力之间存在显著的正相关关系,组织学习能力完全中介两者之间的正相关关系.控制型HRM实践与组织创造力之间存在显著的负相关关系,组织学习能力部分中介两者之间的负相关关系.
