材料供应短缺情况下Job-Shop预测—反应式调度
  • 摘要

    针对这类扰动的不确定性,对材料短缺发生时刻、持续时间、引起的拖期惩罚等采用模糊变量表示,建立了基于模糊规则的预测—反应式调度数学模型,提出了基于模糊规则的Job-Shop调度决策机制;同时考虑调度计划的有效性和稳定性指标,提出了一种离线鲁棒优化与在线调度调整相融合的预测—反应式调度方法。预测调度和反应式调度的求解均采用遗传算法。通过三组不同规模的仿真实验证明了该模型和方法的可行性。
