同伴合作教学——美国教师教育中一种新的教学实习模式
  • 摘要

    同伴合作教学是两名实习生合作进行课堂教学的教学实习模式,和传统的实习模式相比,它有很多益处:实习生可以更透彻地理解教学;较多深入教学的机会;能培养实习生的合作精神;而且教学效果较好.从增加实习生教育教学经验的角度来说,是一种值得学习和借鉴的教学实习模式.
