獐牙菜亚族植物DNA条形码研究
  • 摘要

    为准确鉴定獐牙菜亚族植物(包含常用藏药“蒂达”(藏茵陈))的基原植物,实现对贮藏药材的标准化鉴别.本研究利用核基因ITS片段和叶绿体rbcL、matK和trnH-psbA片段对獐牙菜亚族25种50个个体进行DNA条形码研究,结合4个候选条形码及其组合的种内、种间距离分布及物种鉴别率评价其在獐牙菜亚族植物中的应用效果.结果表明:核基因ITS片段不仅在单片段中鉴别率最高(80%),包含ITS片段的候选条形码组合的物种鉴别率均为100%,考虑matK+ITS组合对种子植物的物种鉴别效果更好,推荐双条形码组合matK+ITS为獐牙菜亚族植物的标准条形码.
