电流退火对钴基非晶丝巨磁阻抗效应的影响
  • 摘要

    对直径为40μm,长为5cm的褪膜玻璃包裹钴基(Co69.20Fe4.16Si12.35B10.77Cr2.42Mo0.1)非晶丝进行电流退火和电流应力退火,研究了退火对巨磁阻抗效应的影响.结果发现,随着退火电流密度和外加应力的增大,丝的磁阻抗变化对外加磁场的敏感度先增大后减小,在20A/mm2和90MPa的退火条件下,灵敏度最高,可达1%/(A·m-1).以上述条件退火,敏感度最高可达19%/(A·m-1).
