微生物发酵法生产辅酶Q10的研究进展
  • 摘要

    辅酶Q10由于具有多种生理功能而得到广泛应用,介绍了近年来微生物发酵法生产辅酶Q10在高产菌株的筛选、传统方法诱变育种、基因工程定向育种、发酵工艺优化、提取纯化工艺优化和定量分析等方面的研究进展.
