应用植物纤维治疗人类急性和慢性疾病
  • 摘要

    危重病和慢性疾病威胁着全世界人民的生命,其发病率每年都在增加,许多慢性疾病的进展和合并症的发生与患者发病前后的生活方式密切相关.西方化的生活方式无疑增加了发生慢性疾病的危险.大量摄入植物中的抗氧化物可以防止,至少能延缓慢性疾病的发展.本文综述了临床营养使用的重要膳食纤维及其临床应用.
