041 免疫毒理学的评价方法及其研究进展
  • 摘要

    近年来,世界范围内越来越强调对药物和化学物质的安全性评价,而在安全性评价中免疫毒性检测发挥着越来越重要的作用,因此需要建立灵敏、特异、可靠、简便的免疫毒理学检测技术和方法.本文依据近年来国内外的相关文献资料,从免疫毒性的概念和内容、免疫毒理学的常规评价方法、免疫毒理学的新技术和新方法以及由一些权威国际机构制定的免疫毒性评价的指导原则等方面对免疫毒性的研究进行了阐述.
